Practical, reassuring and designed to help you feel confident in your body during pregnancy, birth and beyond.

"Falling pregnant one month after a miscarriage was particularly scary for me and, I had a lot of anxiety. Having the support from Eleanor especially through my first trimester was a god send. She educated me on what was normal when I should get checked but, also how to trust my body was the best place for my baby. Thankyou Eleanor wouldn't have been able to get through those 9 months without you."

"Eleanor supported me through my first pregnancy, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and supportive presence during such an emotional time. As a first-time mum, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and anxious, but Eleanor made me feel confident, strong, and truly supported in every decision I made. She created such a safe space where I felt comfortable being open and honest about how I was feeling. When it came to preparing for birth, Eleanor was incredible - recommending Hypnobirthing, sharing tips and tricks, and guiding me through exercises to help get baby into the right position. I’m so thrilled to see she’s launched Mindful Bump, and even more so as I am pregnant with number two and have found her insta posts so useful to refresh my memory from last time!"

"I feel incredibly lucky to have had the best guidance from Eleanor throughout my pregnancy. I always felt supported, listened to and she always answered any queries or wobbles that I had, and gave me the confidence I needed to listen to my body , so I could have the birth I'd always wanted. I truly couldn't have done it without her and I am so thankful!"
