Each course welcomes a maximum of ten couples to keep groups small, personal, and relaxed.

It’s entirely up to you, but I recommend attending when you’re around 30–34 weeks pregnant. Courses often fill quickly, so it’s best to book as soon as you can.

Absolutely. You’re so welcome to attend solo, and discounted rates are available for single parents. Please get in touch for details.

It’s really beneficial for partners to join where possible, but if they can’t make a session, the course content and resources will be available online via the member portal.

Yes - the course is designed for all birth experiences and preferences. My teaching draws on years of experience supporting families in every type of birth setting, so all approaches and choices are fully supported.

This particular course is designed for first-time parents, but a refresher course for second-time parents is coming soon. Please get in touch to register your interest.

Mindful Bump offers a more personal, in-depth and continuous experience than standard NHS classes. Sessions are midwife-led, evidence-based, and small enough for you to ask questions and build genuine confidence. You’ll also receive postnatal support, ongoing access to resources, and continuity from the same trusted midwife throughout - something that’s often not possible within the NHS system.

Yes, there’s designated parking directly outside the building and additional on-street parking nearby.

Each class lasts 2.5 hours, except the First Aid session (2 hours). Courses run over four weeks.

If you’d like more individualised guidance once your baby arrives, you can choose to add four weeks of personal WhatsApp support with Eleanor - offering gentle, evidence-based reassurance through the early days of parenthood.
(This optional add-on is available exclusively to Mindful Bump parents.) -
All Mindful Bump parents are invited to join a private WhatsApp group for their course cohort. This is a friendly space for shared questions, reassurance, and connection with other parents. I’ll send out an invitation about two weeks before your course begins

A relaxed, midwife-led meet-up offering feeding support, reassurance, and connection with other new mums. It’s completely free and open to all Mindful Bump families.

While I don’t currently offer private antenatal sessions, Mindful Bump parents can choose to add four weeks of personalised postnatal WhatsApp support after their baby has been born.
This gives you direct access to me for gentle, evidence-based reassurance and guidance during those early weeks with your baby.
It’s a lovely way to continue receiving support from someone you already know and trust. -
Absolutely - all Mindful Bump parents are welcome to stay in touch via their group chat and at the breastfeeding café.
If you’d like more personalised, one-to-one support after birth, you can add the Postnatal WhatsApp Support Add-On, which provides four weeks of direct messaging access to me for extra reassurance and continuity.

Pelvic Health Physio Session:

The session is led by the wonderful Iona Dryden ( mCSP, affiliate mPOGP and HCPC). Iona is a specialist Pelvic Health and MSK Pysiotherapist. She works for the NHS at King’s College Hospital, working across Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal teams and independently with the Pelvic Health Practice supporting women throughout pregnancy, postpartum period and beyond.

This session covers pelvic floor awareness, pregnancy-related changes, leaking or urgency management, constipation support, gentle strengthening exercises, managing common pregnancy aches and pains (eg. pelvic girdle pain), perineal massage and early postnatal recovery. You’ll also learn when and how to safely return to movement after birth.

Yes - you’ll have the chance to try pelvic floor exercises, learn movement strategies, and practise gentle positions and stretches that can help with pregnancy comfort and preparation for birth. These are fully optional and can be adapted to your comfort level.

Birth partners are welcome but not required. This session is primarily designed for the pregnant body, though partners often find it helpful for supporting recovery and understanding what to expect.

If you cancel five weeks or more before your course starts, you’ll receive a full refund minus a £25 admin fee.
If you cancel within five weeks, no refund can be offered unless in exceptional circumstances.
